תקלות הן דברים שבפעם היו בסדר, ופתעום הפסיקו. למשל, בור בכביש, תמרור מקולקל, שיק שחזר. משימות הן מטלות שצריך לעשות באופן שגרתי ואין בהן ערך מיוחד אלא לשמור על הקיים. למשל - לשטוף כלים. תכולות הן תוצרים חדשים. בדרך כלל אפשר לזהות אותן אחרי המשפט "יש לי רעיון!" או "אולי נוציא את הרעיון הזה לפועל? "בקשות לתמיכה עולות כאשר יש חוסר במידע לגבי איך נכון לפעול, או כאשר ניסיתי משהו ונכשלתי, ואני רוצה עזרה כדי להצליח בפעם הבאה. בעתיד ננסח כאן הסבר על ההבדלים בין הסוגים השונםי של העדיפויות והמצבים וכדומה.
